I also have this error. Single employee card file won't open - wants to restart myob. I have been waiting for a response from MYOB for days... The employee was paid correctly but was VERY upset the pay slip didn't show the pay rise. I have now been on hold for 1h20 min to fix this urgent issue.

Being stuck with this for days, on top of the payslip confusion, is far from ideal. We’re currently seeing a high volume of cases, which is why there’s been a delay in getting back to you. I took a look on my end and was able to find the support ticket you’d submitted. From there, I ran a fix script on the file to help get things sorted more quickly. When you get a chance, please log out of and log back in again, as everything should be working properly now.
