Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. I'd recommend checking the admin portal to see if you have been correctly assigned to a location, as if they aren't assigned to a location you won't be able to log in to the app.
If that does not resolve the issue, could you reply with a screenshot of the location page and the last 4 digits of your serial number?

The last 4 digit our our serial numbers are 3079.
I attached a screen shot of the location which we have been using since February 2021.

Thanks for replying. I may have not been clear, I was actually looking for the Location page, so if you click on the Location where you can see the list of employees assigned to that location and the Time capture type.
If you could send a screenshot of that window as well please.
