Thank you for checking that. It looks like it is set up correctly. Can I also get you to check if your email on your employee card (On AccountRight) is:
1. the same email address you have tried to use to log in?
2. Not been updated since you started using the Team app?
If that has been changed - please remove yourself from the employee list, then invite and accept your invitation again to force it to refresh the information.
If nothing has been changed - can you please uninstall then reinstall the app on your device.
