Myob Team

Hello

We've been using Myob Team app and Kiosk for staff to sign in on an ipad.

 

I am getting an error message when trying to log timesheets "A problem occured attemptin to load MYOB Team. Please try again later."

 

I've not changed my login/password, I've tried deleting myself/location, re-inviting (which loses the timesheets in the process so super annoying).  I've deleted the app and refreshed to no avail.

 

The kiosk app on the ipad has also frozen and we find whenever Myob does a software update this occurs which again is super annoying.  

 

At the moment we've been locked out for a week and I'm on a one hour call waiting for Myob.  I do hope you can provide a speedy solution.

 

And whilst I'm on here, is there any way we can export our timesheets into a job code in Myob?  This doesn't work and we seem to have to manually check/enter which defeats the whole process of seamlessness.

    If I can please have assistance as staff are not able to log into the Kiosk App at all.

    Hello Doreen, It is  not letting me re-create locations to enable timesheets via Kiosk.  How can I fix this please?

      Hi BalmoralPnC,

      If you are still experiencing issues, I would suggest trying to reinstall the program or installing it on a different device to see if this resolves the problem. If the issue persists, you can contact our support team for more help. The best ways to contact them are through live chat (via our virtual assistant MOCA) or by raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.

        Thanks Earl - I've logged a support request as well as a support session as no luck sofar.

    Thanks Doreen, do I need to remove myself as approving manager from all locations?  But I hope to be able to re-appoint myself as approving manager as I approve the timesheets - will this cause problem again?

     

    And this does not resolve our issue with not being able to use Myob Team for Kiosk.  What do you suggest there?  Will me be able to sign in rectify this?  Is there anyway to avoid Myob software updates freezing Myob Team Kiosk please?

      Hi there BalmoralPnC,

       

      Yes, you need to remove yourself as an approving manager from the locations you're added to. Reassigning yourself as an approving manager can be done via the MYOB Team Admin portal if you have the option to do so or the file admin can do it. Here's a link for that. Since you're still having issues with the MYOB Team app using Kiosk, you can use a different device to see if it's working fine. There's no way we can avoid software updates. Make sure to also reach out to our support team directly for further assistance. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Hi BalmoralPnC,

     

    The error, "A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later." can be resolved by removing the employee as an approving manager. The employee can log into the MYOB Team app without an error. Regarding your question about exporting timesheets into job codes, you can use the Timesheets report. You can generate the report by going to:

     

    • Click on Reports.
    • Select Payroll.
    • Choose Timesheets.
