I would also like to have the functionality to send an alert to the authoriser to pay the super. How can we get MYOB to add this function to the pay superannuation screen?

That makes sense, an alert would help the authoriser know when super is ready to pay.
There’s an Ideas Exchange board where our product teams keep an eye on feature requests and suggestions from the community. These ideas help the team understand what improvements are important to customers when considering future enhancements. I really think Moderators should alert the team. OR the team should glance over to this Community or get AI to extract the key gripes with the MYOB program.
It's frustrating after we have had a discussion here and then someone expects us to repeat it all on the Ideas Exchange board - which I don't have a link to (although I see there is one there now as at Aug 2026) and I can't always remember where the Ideas Exchange Board is - instead of the Ideas Exchange Board reading up on the Community.
Also - it's very frustrating that the Moderators keep marking discussions like this as "solved" when they are clearly NOT solved. They're just "SHELVED".

It’d be great if feedback shared in the Community could be carried across to the Ideas Exchange. Sorry the “solved” label has added to that confusion. A discussion may be marked as solved when the available question or support response has been addressed. Hi Doreen, thank you for acknowledging my concerns. However, with AI I still think the staff that works on development could be alerted to the concerns MYOB users have.
In addition, Not all MYOB users would use the MYOB Community Hub.
