payroll processing

I've tried to process our first payroll of the new financial year several times today and the transactions won't save. 

  • error message if i use the online version

      Hi Willmo1 

      Thank you so much for your post. I would recommend on clearing up your browser's Cache and History and try logging in from a different browser.

      You can also clear the AccountRight cache in this help article. 
      if you're still having issues after clearing up your AccountRight cache, Please send me a private message with the following information and I'll be happy to take a look at this for you.|
        * Serial number
        * Company name
        * Email Address and Full name
