Phase 2

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Screnshot of the window the start here button takes you to 
  • Screenshot of the error

        Sorry for the delay in my response. You can view your private messages when signed into the Community Forum by clicking on your avatar on the top right hand corner of the window > Select the envelope icon.
