Superannuation

I started using the MYOB to pay for the superannuation and I realized that once the payment is debited from the bank account, I don't have any communication from the clearing house.

Working previously with a small clearing house, the communication was great: emailed they received my payment for the full amount, emailed they matched the payments successfully. Unsuccessful payments were communicated promptly.

Can we expect this type of setup in the near future?

I discovered by calling MYOB support line (waiting 1h20mn) that we will get an email only if the funds are unsuccessful! The system needs to improve, thank you.

    Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the details of your experience.

     

    At the moment, Pay Super updates the payment status in the Super payments page as it progresses, and an email is sent if the funds are unsuccessful. There currently isn't the same email flow for confirmations such as payment received or payment matched successfully.

     

    If you're keen to get this suggestion in front of the developers and the community, you can post it on the Ideas Exchange board.
