Superanuation Payment errors

Hello, I am attempting to do our first superanation payment thru the "Pay Superanuation " button on the payroll screen. I am getting a red cross up beside the emplyees that have QSuper as their supanuation. I rang the MYOB support and was advised the numbers must be wrong. The thing is I have been using thesae same numbers for the last 15 years and ppaing thru Sunsuper with no issues. Can anybody shed som light on what might be wrong or has anybody else had the same issue.

    Thanks for sharing your issue, specially since you have been using the same number for 15 years. I went ahead and checked but I couldn't find any cases that has similar issue as yours. I would still recommend checking the numbers if they are the ones causing the issue or they may need updating. 
     

    I’d check the fund selected, member number and any fund IDs, then give Pay Super another go.

    If it’s still happening after that, the best next step would be to reach out via My Account or connect to our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant, so the team can take a closer look.
