Unable to access employee Card file

Trying to access employee card file however every time we are getting the somethings gone wrong error and have to close down MYOB

    Thanks for this. Kindly try again to hover the mouse on my User ID then click the message envelope. You should be able to send me a private message now.

    Thanks for your post. To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Trying to send private message. Haven't done one of these before. When I hover over your user ID I get the send message envelope . When I click on this it opens up the attached window but there is nothing to do here. What am I doing wrong.
