Unable to process payroll

In Accountright Plus,  I have tried a number of times to process a payrun without success.  When I record the pay run, nothing is actually recorded, no Electronic Payment file is created and no STP report sent to ATO.  I have tried in both browser and desktop.  

 

We have a number of company files and it seems to be only one that has this issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    My payroll is coming upping as zero after we process. I think i had same thing happen 2 years ago but cant remember how we got it fixed

      I’ve successfully run a script to fix your file. You should be able to see figures when you process your pay run. If you encounter the same issue in the future make sure to reach out to our support team directly.     The problem seems to be fixed now and I was able to process the pay.
