Thank you so much for your post. Each Pay Superannuation transaction can only be reversed once. The error message you received from the red X indicates that that particular pay super transaction has already been reversed, thus prevent it from being reversed again.
Those super contributions that was included in this Pay Super transactions should re-appear in the Pay Superannuation window again, provided they haven't been re-processed already. Thank you for your reply.
However, this transaction has never been reversed. In the manage payments screen, this is displayed as Completed, not Reversal Completed.
Any other suggestions?

Thank you for your response.
Since you had other returned superfund payments, I suggest to process the latest returned by recording a receive money. Our Help Article, Returned Superannuation contributions, has detailed information to assist with this.
