Verify mobile

Good afternoon

 

I am a contract bookkeeper for a client using MYOB - how can I verify my mobile number so that I can process the superannuation payments?

    To verify your mobile number for processing superannuation payments in MYOB, you'll need to go to Payroll >> Pay Superannuation >> Pay Super Settings >> Log in to display your current Pay Super details >> Go to Your User Roles section and Edit details. An SMS code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number. For more information, please refer to this Help article: Changing your Pay Super payment details.

    Good morning

    I am also trying to do this.  I got an email asking me to verify, however when I try to follow the link using my email address it says 

    '

    Whoops, you don't have access to this!

    The link you clicked was meant for someone else, and only they can use it.

    Trying to verify your mobile number? You'll need to log in using the email address we sent the link to. If you have any issues, contact the business owner.'

    Hi JoWood,

     

    That error can be a bit of a head-scratcher. It usually pops up when the verification link was opened with a different email than the one it was actually sent to. Even if you've got multiple logins, the link is pretty strict and will only work for the exact email it was issued to. A couple of things you can try:

     

    • Double check you're logged in with the same email that received the verification link
    • Try opening the link in an incognito/private browser just to avoid any auto logins sneaking in
    • If you've got access to multiple MYOB accounts, make sure you're not accidentally signed into the wrong one

    If you're still stuck after that, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look with you.
