Can't print P&L Report

Hi all,

 

Need help please! I am trying to print P&L report for July 2021 and I keep getting message that the dates I've selected are wrong. I am selecting 1/7/21 to 31/7/21. so don't know why!!

Please help as I need to do the BAS today.

    Thanks Wendy, I thought I had rolled over 2020 but I hadn't. Its working now, thanks for your help!

    Hi Michelle,

     

    I believe I have found the problem. I had not rolled over the financial year for 2020. Our accountants have finished it, so I have rolled it over and can now print a P&L report for July 2021. I did a backup, just in case!

    Maybe this is the same for you, but ask your accountants.
