i have 2019 myo file in archives tried to open. only lists myox files in my company files so changed file extension .state need to upgrade however message problem and restart. how do i simply open this file to view

Rather than trying to upgrade the file to a .myox version (some files can't be upgraded), you are better off installing Plus, Premier or Enterprise v19.16 from here - look under Product. These will either open the files or prompt you to upgrade to a higher .myo version, depending on existing version number.
