Tax collected (1B) not showing on BAS

Question

I'm trying to complete my BAS and the tax collected in 1B is not showing up when i open the form. I've tried everything i can think of to get it to appear. This is the first time it's ever happened and nothing has changed from my side of things.

I have tried calling every single MYOB phone number i can find but none are even connected.

Please help!
