Hi, Would be great if when you logged into MYOB it would tell you if someone has had a birthday. ie a Juniors pay rate then needs to be changed. Very frustration when you find out a staff member had a birthday a month agao and you need to then to a back pay for the increased rate of pay.

So many of my clients struggle with this as well as birthday alerts for pay rate change. We employ nearly 100 under 21 year olds and it would be a great help to have a notification to change pay rate (and wish them a Happy Birthday), as well as correctly calculate superannuation for them. At the moment I have to manually change the superanuation contribution as MYOB does not taek into account under 18year olds needing to work 30 hours a week.
Yes very frustrating and costly when a birthday missed on junior having to back pay
Can you set up alerts for birthdays especially for under 18 year olds?
Also an alert if they work more than 30 hours
