Save Progress Button Not Working

Save your bank reconciliation button is still not working.

    Hi TSGW,

     

    Did you receive any error messages when you clicked on Save progress? I was able to replicate the issue you mentioned when clicking on "Save progress" in the Reconcile accounts window. The good news is that it did save the progress I made! You can clear your AccountRight cache or if you're using the web version, clear your browser cache or use a different browser.

      Hello Doreen,  thank you for your advice.  ok steps taken 

      moved to brave browser

      cleared cache

      turned off my internet security

      into bank rec

      changed bal & date

      pressed save progress

      jumped out of bank rec

      into invoices 

      then into customer details

      back into bank rec

      nope nothing saved fail

      i think this is a tech support issue

      i have emailed support.

    I checked the functionality of saving bank reconciliations, and everything is working fine on my end. There doesn't seem to be any ongoing issue with this feature. If you're still experiencing problems, it might be worth double-checking your steps or trying a different browser.

     

    If the issue persists, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat.       Thank you for  your suggestion.  i have run through the procedure with Myob support  they are now escalating to project management and presently waiting a response.
