A report that will show employees Annual leave taken and balance left


  • The annual leave balance report for all employees vanished when MYOB 'upgraded' When can we exp[ect to have this function reinstated?

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.


    The available payroll report is the leave transaction report, which shows a running balance of leave taken and earned for each employee over a date range. On the type column, you should be able to see what type of leave that will be. Please refer to the screenshot below.
