Has there been any update on this? A real fundamental piece holding back the system
Thanks, the recurring transactions for entering banking information was an excellent short cut but also saved time and errors. Grateful to have this back if possible.

I have changed over to Zero to get recurring transactions and inventory monitoring.
Very glad I made the change. Finding many ongoing pleasant additions.
Zero is a much more highly featured product.
MYOB Can you please give an update on this urgently. This function is absolutely necessary for me, and by the looks of it so many of your customers. It looks like another product may very well be a better alternative.

I would really like some recurring transactions as it would save a lot of data entry. Could someone please look into this, particularly for bill payments
Yeah this is quite poor - 2 years on and still no recurring invoices.
Makes the product unfit for purpose if you're in the MSP or Service game with recurring monthly charges to your customers.
When are we going to be able to created remittance advices for suppliers payments?. It's hard to believe this isn't already a function, it's an every day transaction in the accounts world. Come on MYOB pls get this sorted

The "current status" that hasn't been updated since 2018 indicates this is one of the "top candidates" for product enhancements. Difficult to believe it is a top candicate with this was back in July 2018. It's now November 2021 and this feature is sorely lacking and makes MYOB Essentials drag well behind all the other invoicing software systems. When I purchased MYOB Essentials 2 years ago I was assured this feature was available. hmmm.
This is not just an "enhancement" or added value. This is a core component of any decent invoicing software and MYOB Essentials is sorely lagging behind. Many of my clients are regular clients whom I should just be able to set up a recurring invoice and let the system do all the work for me each week/fortnight/month. Instead I have to go in and duplicate it each time, which is really annoying. When I consider that all the other invoicing options have recurring invoices as an actual feature (not just a feature the sales person assures me is there but it isn't actually there in reality) I am very tempted to change over for that convenience.
