ABA Files - Commbiz problem since May 2023 update

Hi everyone,

Since the latest update to MYOB Accountright (May 2023), I can no longer process imported ABA files in Commbiz.  The file looks like it is importing properly, but when you click on it to open it and then process it, it looks like the file is empty.

I have attached a screenshot of the open imported file.  There should be 8 x transactions in this file, but it showing zero.

Note:  I have been processing this payroll the same way for a long time with no problems.  I am the company bookkeeper, and the accounts dept have just advised me that they have the same problem with a file uploaded today to pay suppliers.

Re: ABA Files - Commbiz problem since May 2023 update

Hi there,

I actually didn't do anything.  It just resolved itself.  I figured it must've been a Commbiz problem.

I read elsewhere on the MYOB forum that someone was having the same problem and they were using a different software package; other than MYOB, and had contacted Commbiz to resolve.

I hope this helps.
