Add new account to bank feeds - 1 x credit card and 1 x loan account

Hi there,

I'm trying to add a new loan account and also an existing credit card to my bank feeds however when I click on the button it goes through to the my.MYOB login, which I do and it shows the accounts currently set up but no option to add any further accounts. I am a signatory on the bank accounts.

Hi @Blah 

You will need to be the AccountRight Live owner to be able to add additional accounts. If you're not sure of your access level, please send me your product serial number and login email address by Private Message so I can check this on our end.
