BANK FEEDS

Hi,

 

I have received an email saying that my bank feed is ready.

Each time I try to use the Manage Bank Feeds window, I receive an error message.

MYOB ERROR MESSAGE FOR BANK FEEDS.JPG

 

I believe I am an authorised administrator and I don't understand why I am unable to access the bank feeds?

 

Please help.

 Hi @RELLE72 Narelle

 

Just check that you are also an Online Administrator.  You may be an Administrator set up in the users section under Set-Up >>> Users, but you may not be an Online Administrator.  If you log into my.MYOB and look under Users you should see who has been set up with Administrator Roles and who is set up with User Roles.

Hi Dee,

 

I've checked and I'm definitely an Online Administrator.

When I bring up the Manage Bank Feeds window, there is no bank account details listed anywhere.

Could this be the problem?

Hi @RELLE72

 

In regards to that "Cannot get bank feeds" message, generally you can get that error message when you enter your email address in capitals. As the bank feeds server login is case sensitive if you are entering the email address as ABC@XYZ.COM, it can generate that error. We do recommend that you enter it in lower case i.e. abc@xyz.com

In terms of your actual error in regards to logging into the screen and not seeing any bank accounts. I notice you have two email addresses on your account; a calendar_land.... and the email address you are using to log into the MYOB Community Forum with. What email address are you using to log in with to get those bank feeds? Along with that are you able to confirm if you go to Setup>>Company Information>>That the serial number in that window ends with 7374? (Please DON'T provide the serial number on the MYOB Community Forum a simple yes or no would be alright).

Yes..the number you quoted is correct and using lower case has done the trick. Smiley Happy

 

My bank feeds is working perfectly.

Excellent, it is great to hear that writing the email in lower caps to that sign on window has allowed you to see those bank feeds.
