BANK RECONCILIATION

For the past 2 days I have not been able to record payments whilst the Bank Reconciliation is open. I have always worked in the Bank Rec entering payments / receipts from the Window drop down menu tab however it is not allowing this.  Making a ding noise.

I have also had a transaction which was incorrect and have been unable to delete this, same scenario, making a dinging noise when I select the Edit tab. 

Please has anyone experienced these issues?

Thanks for your post. 

 

A dinging noise in windows could mean another screen is open (it could be hidden) that stops you from clicking anything else outside of that screen.

 

Have you tried pressing the Escape button on your keyboard? Restarting AccountRight? Restarting your pc?

 

Let me know if this issue still persists and if so, could you please upload a screenshot when this happens?
