Bank Feed Error Message

Bank Feed Error Message

Recently my client changed his subscription from having subscription via accountant to it being under just his name. Since that change we have been having alot of issues.

Billed 3 times and then you cancelled all subscription. We were told that 1 subscription is now back up and running but we are getting the following error messages.

1. This message for bank feeds

2. This message when client goes to log in via mobile app

3.  When I go into my.MYOB it shows that all subscriptions are cancelled or expired even though we have paid .

If you're still experiencing this, can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID of the file that is receiving this error message (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Clients full name and email address
