Recently my client changed his subscription from having subscription via accountant to it being under just his name. Since that change we have been having alot of issues.
Billed 3 times and then you cancelled all subscription. We were told that 1 subscription is now back up and running but we are getting the following error messages.
1. This message for bank feeds
2. This message when client goes to log in via mobile app
3. When I go into my.MYOB it shows that all subscriptions are cancelled or expired even though we have paid .
