Bank Feed has stopped working

Just got back from holidays and found that the bank feed stopped on both accounts mid month.

The set up says that bank feeds are "ready" but no transactions coming through.

Need to finalise month end but want to avoid a manual upload of the bank statemnt.

What should I do?

Re: Bank Feed has stopped working

Hi @MGCC ,

Thanks for you post

Sorry to hear that bank feeds isn't working.

If you have signed up for feeds recently and the status says Bank feed ready ,try the following steps to download the feeds.

To set up the Bank feed in MYOB Essentials
1. Open your MYOB Essentials file..
2. Click on Banking > Manage Bank Feeds.
3. In the linked account column, select an account from the drop-down list of available accounts. This will be the account that the bank feed will be matched to.
4. Click on Save/OK to save the changes.
5. To view your bank account transactions click on Banking > Bank Transactions
To set up the Bank feed in MYOB AccountRight
1. Open your company file in AccountRight.
2. Go to the Setup menu > Manage Bank Accounts. The Manage Bank Accounts window appears.
3. Click Check/update status. The Bank Feeds Log In window appears.
4. Enter your my.MYOB login details and click OK. The Manage Bank Accounts window reappears with your updated bank feed information.
5. In the Associated Account column, select an account from the drop-down list of available accounts. This will be the account that the bank feed will be matched to.
6. Click Use Account. The status of the bank feed changes to Associated.
7. Click OK. The Bank Feeds window appears. Your bank account transactions appear on the left of this window and your AccountRight transactions appear on the right.

If no changes after trying this step,to investigate further could I request for the following  details  via a private message.

Last 4 digits of serial number.

The last transaction date on bank feeds window

Name and number of the account that is impacted(If it credit card account please send only last 4 digits)

Do let us know if you need futher help.

Regards
