Solved: Go to Solution

Bank Feed not updating

When I hit "Get Bank Transactions"No new transactions have come through. Last dated transaction is 23/07/2021

 

I did an update on Friday and wondering if that has anything to do with it.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?

So we can check the status on our end, can you please send me your serial number, company file name and the last 4 digits of the bank account number by Private Message.

We are experiencing the same issue.  Are you able to advise if Westpac are having any issues please?

We use westpac too. So may well be the bank

Hi everyone

 

On further investigation, we have found that a number of bank feeds from yesterday are currently still being processed by our team to be made available shortly to impacted users.

Mine was fixed about 30 mins ago. Hopefully soon for you fingers crossed

Still not updated and with the NAB any idea on the timeframe for resolution?

We are also with NAB, it's now midday and we are also still waiting for resolution..

We are aware of some users that are still awaiting their latest bank transactions. As we had a slight delay with processing those transactions, some users may see transactions ahead of others. For the users still impacted, those transactions will still be in the processing stage and will be made available shortly -we cannot provide an ETA.
