Bank Feed not working

Hi,

 

I am having issues with my bank feed, no new bank transactions have come through to MYOB since 13/11/2020. 

 

I clicked "check/update status" in manage bank accounts, thinking this would tell me if there was a error in the bank feed status - all this did was change the status from "ACTIVE" to "Bank Feed Ready", as well as import ALL the bank transactions from 2018 except for the current bank transactions I actually needed.

 

I have closed/restarted both my MYOB and PC as seen in other posts, and clicked "get bank transactions", however it says along the top "No new transactions for this account" and that the last update was today. 

 

Do I just need to wait for the bank feeds to correct itself, or there is something else I am meant to do to fix this?
