Bank Feed not working

The bank feed on one account has not worked since 7/9/22. This the second time this has happened. MYOB phone support helped last week get it up and running again but now it's not working again. We bank with ANZ and the last four numbers of the accoutn are: 4304. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to look into this for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number

The last 4 digits are: 6817.

The bank feef on our account ending in 9124 is also not working. thank you.

Thanks for confirming the details. I've submitted a bankfeed ticket so our teams can investigate account ending in 4304, the case number is case01129265. Once resolved the team will email you an update. 

 

In regards to bankfeed ending in 9124, can you please confirm the date of the last transaction you received ?

I've actually lost track if it has brought any in since July 25. The on again off again of the bank feeds for that particular bank for those two accounts has got the better of me.
