Bank Feed stopped working

Hi there, how do I send a private message?  I've looked at previous post to find a solution to my problem and read that people were told to send some information on a "private message" so that it can be looked into.

It was from 29 December until yesterday when I checked.  (It is for a second smaller company so I don't work on there everyday)

Thanks for confirming that.

 

So that we can check this on our end, could you please send me the following details via private message:

 

  • Product serial number
  • Company file name
  • Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number
