Bank Feeds not displaying on FireFox

Bank Feeds not displaying on FireFox

Hi, when trying to access the Bank Feeds page using the AccountRight app on FireFox I receive the following message.

 

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser

If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

 
I have refreshed pafe, turned of Add Block and Anti-tracking, rebooted, checked I am up to date, to no avail.
 
This does not happen on Edge, or the Desktop app.

Hi @RJNoske 


We recommend using Chrome browser for optimal performance with our online services, can you try opening the bank feeds window with Chrome and check if they are then displaying properly?  I would also suggest using Firefox in Incognito mode to rule out any issues caused by multiple login sessions.

Thanks, Both Edge and Chrome work and Firefox works in Ingoneto mode, thanks.
