Thank you for letting us know and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this. I've raised an escalation with the bank feeds team on your behalf and they will manually push the transactions in your file. Normally, this process takes 3-5 business days but can be quicker also. I would recommend clicking on Get Bank Transactions to check if the data has been sent.

Transactions from 4/02 have appeared but I am missing transactions from 2/02 & 3/02.

We've just checked the status of those transactions on our end and all of them have been downloaded in the software. Therefore, please check if those transactions are accidentally approved or hidden by going to Banking>>Bank feeds and filtering the "Display Transactions" by Hidden or Approved.
This is because if we resend the data again, all those transactions will be duplicated in the file. If those transactions are not under the Hidden or Approved section either, send me the screenshot of your bank feeds screen by Private Message so we can investigate further.

That's where they are, in "approved" except I didn't approve them! Oh well, at least it's now working.
