Bank Feeds not working AccountRight

Is any one else still having issues with Bank Feeds.  We are with BOQ.   I am using Account Right 2020.3. Just keep getting an error message unable to connect???!!!!  Very annoying when trying to finish our BAS.

Hi @Annie2383 

 

Around the time we did have schedule maintenance which did impact the Bank Feeds and their availability during the scheduled maintenance time. This schedule maintenance has been completed and clients should be able to receive those feeds.

If you are still encountering an error when receiving your feeds, we would need to know exactly when you are encountering that message and where the company file is stored (online vs local) to investigate further.
