Bank Feeds

I'm with NAB and have no bank feeds yet for yesterday's transactions (17/5/22). Just wondering if anyone else is seeing delays on receiving bank feeds?

Isn't MYOB normally very proactive and posts a message before most of us even realise there is a problem? I can't see any messages advising that bank feeds have been delayed.

Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any delayed bankfeeds at the moment. So that we can check this on our end, could you please send me the following details via private message:

• Product serial number
• Company file name
• Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number

I also haven't got NAB bank feeds this morning.  I had assumed it was because I started earlier than normal today but now it's pretty close to my normal start time and there's nothing showing.

same here

no bank feeds updated

also payroll process function was off since 3pm yesterday

it is still not back on

we have to pay 300+ workers today 

not sure how this could be fixed

Hi all, 

I have just spoken to our Bankfeeds Team and can confirm that the NAB file is now processing. Please allow 2- 3 hours to receive the data. If you don't receive them by the end of the day, do let us know.
