Bank Feeds

I am having a problem with bank feeds.  I allocate them and then after shutting down and going back into the bank feeds to allocate some that I had not completed they are all now unallocated.  

Can anyone help with this?

Sorry to see that no one has offered assistance with your query. I recommend clearing the AccountRight cache which can resolve some odd behaviour of the system failing to refresh.

If that does not resolve the error, could you try doing the same on the web browser and see if it behaves the same to help us narrow down the cause of the issue?
