When I try to import bank statements into my company file I get the following error:
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation
There are only 20 odd transactions in the import file and I have checked the following with no success
1. Task Manager shows that there is plenty of RAM memory etc.during the import
2. I have tried to reduce the file size by downloading a smaller date range but still get the same error
3. When I use a different company file I can import the same file no troubles
I have attached the error log for info
Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi @rjhynd
I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.
When you go into the reconcile screen, could you put in a date and see if there are a large number of transactions that have been ticked?
If so, could you please complete the previous reconciliation and then try using get statement?
If that doesn't work, could you try uninstalling MYOB and installing the Server Edition, which should be available by logging into my.myob.co.nz and then going to My Products > Downloads.
Feel free to post again if you have more questions.
