Bank Reconciliation

I am trying to balance my bank reconciliation. After checking off all items, both debit and credit, on the bank statement, I am unbalanced by $5,000 exactly. Easy to find? No! On checking both the debit and credit columns are the same totals on the bank statement as the bank reconciliation statement in screen. I have double checked the balance at the end of the period is exactly the same as that on the bank reconciliation statement on screen. HELP !!

Welcome to the Community Forum. If you're still experiencing this can you please try refreshing the AccountRight cache.

 

If that does not resolve the error, please reply with a screenshot and the last 4 digits of your serial number so we can investigate further?
