Bank feed

I have a client who has associated their bank feed to the incorrect account.  Is there a way I can change the account around to be associated to the correct accounts?

Hi @Wolfie2011 

 

An associated account for bank feeds can be updated via Banking>>Bank Feeds>>Manage Bank Feeds - updating the Associated account via the drop-down and selecting OK. 


The associated account can be updated for an account when there are no approved transactions for that feed. You can check this via updating the Display Transactions filter to be Approved and entering an extended date range before selecting Update. If you do have transactions listed, you would need to Undo these approvals before you would be able to update that associated account.
