Hi MYOB, I would like to cancel bank feeds as I don't use it. Have been charged excess bank transactions on our latest direct debit despite not using it. Please advise how I am to cancel it.

I notice your link says 'online owner' needs to cancel bank feeds. I am an administrator so the serial no. does not appear for me to cancel bank feeds. The person who set up MYOB is no longer with the company. Users are all administrators or accountant/bookkeeper roles. How do we get round this to cancel bank feeds?
