Is anyone else having issues with Westpac Bank feeds not updating in MYOB Accountright today?

still no updates from MYOB so I logged a support case and was advised 3-5 business days response - really.......
then I phoned MYOB and was told there is a delay with Westpac bank feeds as they havent received them yet.
Would be extremely helpfull if this was posted somewhere on the MYOB Status page or somewhere where a Client can check these type of issues as your competitor does.
I have provided feedback to MYOB on numerous occasions about this issue, as have others, but sadly nothing ever changes and I have to spend time phoning the Customer service line to be told something that should already have been advised.
I used to be a big fan of MYOB but over the past 12 months the Customer Service side of the business has been sub par at best...

Yes. I ended up manually entering them as MYOB are unresponsive as usual

I find my bank feeds (CBA) stall at month end every month.
Never had this issue with Xero.

The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions previously. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible. We appreciate your patience about this.
