Bank feeds not working.

MYOB techinical support have advised that they anticipate to have this fixed by COB Friday at the latest.

Hi, 

I'm having issues with bank feeds not updating since the 15th of Feb. Is this an issue with MYOB or Commbank?

When im on the bank feed page the it tells me the it is the closing account ballange as of the 15/02, when i check the bank feed status under manage bank feeds is says bank feed ready.

As at 8:43am Thursday morning I can still not refresh bank feeds from CBA.
We haven't had anything through since Tuesday.

my bank feeds are working today.  They were not working yesterday so only down 1 day :-)

If you still haven't received your feeds, please send me a private message with the following details:

• Serial number
• Business name 
• Your name + email 
• Last 4-digits of the bank feed/s account

Mine is frustratingly still not resolved. Please report an update on this and whether you've looked at banks other than CBA.

Hi @Deb_Clark 

We did have a delay with providing bank feeds data for St. George Bank over the weekend around the time of your post. This has since been reported as resolved.

If you are not with that particular bank and haven't seen recent transactions come through we do recommend starting a new post on this Forum so we can investigate with you more closely.
