Banks Feeds not bringing in new transactions from updated credit card

Banks Feeds not bringing in new transactions from updated credit card

Hi there

We recently were sent an updated credit card with a different number by the bank to which we have set up in MYOB through Bank Feeds.

I have two statements in front of me for the new credit card.

Statement 3/3/22 to 3/4/22 is missing transactions in Bank Feed from 25/3/22 to 3/4/22 (14 entries)

Statement 4/4/22 to 2/5/22 is missing transactions in Bank Feed from 1/4/22 to 14/4/22 (18 entries)

They are both half of each statement & I can't see any of these transactions in the credit card this one took over from.  

How do I fix this to import these transactions into MYOB??

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and last 4 digits of the bank feed bank account you're having issues with.

Last 4 digits of product serial number: 0228

Last 4 digits of bank feed bank account: 2447

Thank you for the details provided. I've had a look into this and I can't seem to see the transactions for that date range, I have had to escalate this to our bankfeeds team for further investigation. The case number for this is case01022748, once the team have identified the cause they will email you an update.
