Customer wants a mpowered payment returned to their credit card

I have had a customer make a payment against a MPowered invoice with the incorrect credit card.

They now are asking me to process a refund against the credit card.

How is this done?

You can view your private messages when logged into the Community Forum by clicking on your avatar on the top right hand corner of the window > Select the envelope icon.
