A bank feed application form can be obtained by applying for bank feeds within your chosen product, I've include the relevant Help Articles for each product which should assist with the process of applying:

MYOB Essentials: Setting up bank feeds

Please note that some banks/bank feeds don't require the user to complete and send in an application form. A code can be obtained by filling out the bank feed application process which can be used with your Bank's Internet Banking to get sign up for those feeds.

No your reply did not solve the problem. I am not the authorised Administrator, simply a user trying to fill in Bank Feed application form ready for the Administrator to sign and send off on his return from break.

Online can only be done by Authorised Administaror login in. Again I simply wanted to manually print an application form.

Each bank feed application form has a unique barcode/number on them that is generated by the application process of bank feeds. This does mean that we can't issue out a blank application form. You will need to use the applying for bank feeds process to obtain that bank feed application form.

If you are not the AccountRight Live Owner then you would need to be speak to the AccountRight Live Owner to complete that bank feeds application process so that the application form can be generated.
