Hi...
I have paid some amount ($2500) as a loan processing fee for the company and this loan is still under processing. I just need to complete bank reconciliation and stuch withrhis payment. Please advice how to record this payment to complete the reconciliation and recod with the loan after it has been approved.

The amount would be treated as borrowing expenses.
