Here Again To Solve Missing Bank Feeds ONGOING ISSUE HELP!

I am here again to seek help with missing bank feeds. This ongoing issue is beyond ridiculous now. I don't even contemplate calling your support centre as I can't be waiting ia queue for more than an hour.

 

This is the third time I have contacted the forum regarding the issue. It is happening every quarter now.

 

Could someone please inbox me so the missing feed dates can be loaded.

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you please send me a private message with the below details so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Last 4 digits of your bank feed bank account 
  • Date of the last transaction you received
