Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the banking institution you're with and the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this for you.

Thanks we are with BNZ and the 4 digists are 7042

I've checked with our teams and currently there is bank feed delay with BNZ bank feeds, the bank is currently investigating. As soon as we have more updates I will update you via this thread.

Hopefully they get this sorted today as frustrating not having bank feeds working.

When is this issue going to be resolved please. We are still not getting anything coming through to our feed from our BNZ account.
