Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the banking institution you're with and the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this for you.

I've checked with our teams and currently there is bank feed delay with BNZ bank feeds, the bank is currently investigating. As soon as we have more updates I will update you via this thread.
