Missing bank feeds

Hi, 

My MYOB Accountright is missing bank feeds from December 31st to January 6th. how can I fix this?

So that we can check this on our end, could you please send me the following details via private message:

• Product serial number
• Company file name
• Last 4 digits of the impacted bank account number
