New Zealand Bank Feeds

We have been unable to set up Bank Feeds with Westpac New Zealand. 

It is coming up with an error in the BSB field.  Our BSB is 030104 which is not one that is listed as "not supported by bank feeds". 

Has anyone else had any issues with Westpac NZ Bank Feeds?

Hi @BHopley

Are you using a New Zealand Essentials data file?  If you are there shouldn't be any problem.  If you are using an Australian Essentials file you won't be able to set up foreign currency accounts in it, only bank feeds for local currency.

I trust that the advice provided by Dee has helpful to you.  It is just as she has said - Banking can only be set up in local currency, in the event that you are using the Australian release of the software only Australian banks will be available to you.
